- Warm and Welcoming Personality: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, so it’s essential to greet them with a smile and make them feel valued from the moment they step through the door.
- Attention to Detail and Cleanliness: In addition to greeting and seating guests, you’ll be responsible for restroom checks, ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and maintaining floors and booths free from debris.
- Supportive Team Player: You will assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing, bussing, and resetting tables. You’ll also help with running food, expediting, taking to-go orders, and answering phones. Anything the team or guests need, you’ll be there to help.
- Hospitality: We believe in classic hospitality touches, such as pushing in chairs, polite verbiage, and opening doors for guests. These small gestures make a big impact on the guest experience.

- Previous Host or Customer Service Experience: Experience in a host or similar customer service role is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with guests and team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Friendly and Professional Demeanor: A welcoming, positive attitude and polished appearance are essential.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: We need hosts who can stay organized, efficient, and calm under pressure.
- Flexible Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
