- 1–2 years of kitchen experience (professional prep or line cook roles)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, bend, stoop, and stand for up to 8 hours
- A current food handler card (required)
- Comfortable communicating in the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a great team attitude
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the line and kitchen team with daily prep and kitchen tasks
- Flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time positions available
- Closed on major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
